About the Event
Join Heather for a celebration of you, life and our community! This class includes slow flow yoga, tapping heart meditation and deep relaxation to experience joy and bliss while relieving stress. Half of the proceeds of this class will benefit The Hub, a local non-profit organization here in Shreveport. "The Hub is on a mission to give everyone access to a restored life. We do that through the 4 R's - Rescue, Relationships, Resources and Recovery." Tickets for CELEBRATE may be purchased for $10, $20 or $30 giving everyone an opportunity to participate in yoga and also donate to this incredible, local organization.
