Yin Yoga + Sound Meditation

Sound healing has been known and used since the dawn of human civilization.  Through Entrainment, being submersed in specific frequencies trains your body to naturally produce matching frequencies.   For example, the frequency of the earth itself  is 7.83hz otherwise known as the Schumann Resonance. It will ground you throughout your meditation practice. 40hz is associated with ‘Gamma’ brainwave activity.  Elite athletes, musicians and top achievers in all fields typically produce more gamma waves than average.  40hz is known as the frequency of peak performance. This immersive sound bath will soothe your nervous system allowing you to find a stronger sense of inner peace, clarity, focus, alignment.  It will return you to your natural harmonious state of well being.

Abigail will begin with breathing exercises and gentle yoga postures to warm and nurture the body. Next she guides you on a blissful journey of sound healing with the use of harmonic crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, gong, energy chimes and a guided meditation with essential oils.
